to infinity and beyond.

Kate's Paperie has some of the best wrapping paper I've found. I would love to frame some of this superhero one for a playroom or boys room, and the chinese alphabet one would be cute framed too.

peg storage

who knew pegs could be so useful?! look at how they have stored rain boots, shovels, beach umbrellas, cylinders and shoes. great idea for a garage, mudroom or even a playroom.

fresh playroom

pretty, simple playroom. i like the clothesline art, the practical, easy storage. the white walls look so fresh, but probably not the best choice for a playroom that is used with any frequency.
still it looks so fresh, i couldn't resist posting it.

lots of e's

I love letters. Especially when they are displayed like this. Nurseries are the most fun.

a clothesline

I loved this idea seen on snippet and ink. There are so many possibilities for the clothesline and clothes pin. Of course the guest card idea for entertaining is very cute. I also think it would be cute for a feature wall in a little girls bedroom or playroom, to have several rows with colorful, patterned doll clothes pinned along.

some more abc's

i'm usually not a huge fan of vinyl lettering. but. this is really cute. with the set of letters comes one colored letter of your choice. from tasty suite.

abc's

always love the abc's for a childrens room or playroom. abc tray from john derian's collection for target and fabric abc's from purlbee.

wire baskets

I saw these vintage looking wire mail baskets from carline zoob on a room somewhere yesterday and loved them. I would love a few of these hanging on my mudroom wall. Here's some more from antique mystique.

bicycle baskets

So super adorable on a bike. But they are so cute, I can think of many other uses for them too, such as toy baskets in the playroom (a few mounted on the wall or sitting on book shelves--sans strap) or for all of your gardening supplies or . . .

Sarah Jane Studio

I love her illustrations. Perfectly adorable.

Simple Painting

Here are a couple of cute ideas for painting some relatively easy things on a children's or playroom wall. I like the lines drawn on the wall in this first picture. The sheep look pretty easy to paint. Another idea would be to paint simple shirts or pants on the lines like a clothes line.

The tree is an idea someone used for a "family tree." But I think it would also be very cute without the family tree part. Maybe just a couple of trees with the bed in between.

Elephants on Parade

An elephant wall decal and it's BIG--like four feet. It's around $140 if I remember right and you can order it from lavish. Would be pretty darn cute in a kids room or playroom.
Cute little playhouse. Garden gnomes have really never looked better.

The grass roof reminds me of a cool window front I saw yesterday, which was: (I wish I had a picture--since they are worth a thousand words--and it will probably take that many to describe it . . . )
A small "patio" made from a bunch of four-inch square tumbled white travertine tiles pressed into artificial moss (the brighter green variety) in a grid-like pattern, with a huge urn sitting on top. I loved it and needed to record the scene so I can use it some time, some where.
